We moved to Little Rock from Florida and chose HD Homes as builder for our new home here. Taylor Flynn, our project manager and Trey Clifton, Realtor were an exceptional duo throughout the building process. Taylor provided us with weekly updates on the construction progress. Throughout our journey, Taylor was always available to answer our questions promptly and efficiently and fix changes as requested. The build went exceptionally well and was completed ahead of schedule. Taylor pays attention to detail and is the one we are delighted to have found. Trey was an amazing realtor and made the process go smoothly. The partnership between Taylor and Trey is truly a winning team. They both surpass the expectations of builders and real estate agents. Both Joe and Trey were excellent to work with on my new construction home. Joe was very responsive to questions and kept the whole process smooth and timely. He paid attention to small details and took great care to make sure the house turned out perfect. Trey was very helpful throughout the whole process, kept me updated on what needed to be done, and was knowledgeable about the loan and closing process. Overall, a great experience with HD Homes!

We had a great experience working with HD Homes to build our new house! Anthony was nothing but kind and helpful from the very first phone call. He spent time showing us previous houses they had done and walked us all the way through the designing process. Joe was an incredible project manager who handled all of our questions, concerns and changes throughout the months without any complaints. Terrific work. They have an excellent team and subs delivering on time. Responded quickly to issues and took care of all the little issues that always occur with a new home. They used quality materials and appliances. Great customer service.

First time home owner and I purchased through HD homes. I was very happy with their design and layout of their condominium/townhouses. They paid attention to the details that made the home so beautiful; color of the walls to the cabinet color to the light fixers.

While driving in WLR, I found a newer neighborhood in WLR that HD Homes was building new homes in. I could see that they built quality homes and I met Jonathan Stone while looking at one of those homes. I wanted to move out of Little Rock and found a location that HD Homes was building in. I drove out to the new neighborhood and fill in love with the new neighborhood and homes. Jonathon Stone and Blake Ward - Project Manager were amazing to work with. They both made the process easy and they communicated with me each step of the way. Blake was so thoughtful and communicated with me about everything that was taking place each week and you could see that he cared about the final result and wanted everything to be done correctly. Blake would show me examples of other projects and gave me ideas of what I might want. He went above and beyond, he is an outstanding project manager and I would recommend his work and character to anyone. I love my new home… thank you Jonathan, Blake and all the individuals who had a hand in building my new home. ❤️🏡

I had the best experience working with Jonathan Stone. I was having great difficulty finding a home in WLR and needed a home closer to my son’s school. Jonathan was very responsive, resourceful, knowledgeable and kind. He definitely went above and beyond to assist me with the whole process. I highly recommend HD homes and will be working with them again in the future!
